To reserve a spot in the second container, or to charter, a $100 deposit is due as soon as possible.

A limited number of charter boats are available and will be reserved for sailors that are too remote from the shipping location to make it practical.

Guests who have committed to sailing in Bermuda can book their rooms online at www.willowbankresort.com using a group code that will be provided to you when it becomes available or by calling the resort directly at (441) 234-1616. Search accommodation between Somerset Village and Dockyard

Check Vrbo, Booking.com and Airbnb for other options close to Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda.

Boats will be shipped in 40’ containers without trailers. There will be dollies provided for moving boats at the regatta venue. I am confident we can fit 8 boats and rigs in each container with adequate protection. We will be loading and unloading the containers at a warehouse facility adjacent to the port that is only available to us on weekends. Everyone participating will be expected to help with the loading and unloading.

6/12 Boat departs for Bermuda

6/15 Boat arrives in Bermuda

6/18 Boats on site for setup at starting venue for distance race

6/25 Container loaded for return trip

6/29 Boat leaves Bermuda

7/3 Boat arrives in Salem NJ

7/8 Container unloaded
